Insight into our 'imaginary' life

This is our life through the creative imagination of the 4-years-old (sooorry 4 1/2) daughter of mine.

Our house is filled with sweet smelling flowers.
Lucifer, the cat, is so fond of the ones, which smell orange.

Mama, I put extras here because it is the bathroom after all.

Granny and grandpa are staying for the weekend.
Papa is making his yummy stew because we celebrate being together.
The bialetti is already screaming: drink my delicious coffee, drink me!!!

We are all sitting at the table because it is almost time
to have a little snack (chocolate cake or vanilla pudding for me)
My brother is always trying to make funny faces to have everyone looked at him.
Vito, our puppy, one that is not allowed to grow (-why?) because puppies are cute and they don't bark so loud.

The baby is asleep in the stroller because we just got in from a stroll.

Upstairs, grandpa is napping because... because... I don't have enough chairs, so he's napping.

Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to my craft dome!

Today, I prepared a post about a craft project I was working on (one on a long waiting list of craft projects). So proud to celebrate, with you, the fruit of my hard work, I uploaded the photos... and ...

BEHOLD! (The curtains is about to rise on a magnificent masterpiece. )

Ladies and Gentlemen, children of all ages!
Step right up and you will be amazed by its beauty

 ... 0o ... OO

Huh ... What?!

All the photos came out blurry resulting in an injured contentment and a disappointment at 9+ on Richter scale.

PLEASE, HELP!! How to fix this (with a photo editing software) + How to use settings on the camera itself or exposure to lights, etc.
PS: I use a sony cyber shot DSC-W170 camera.

I don't know what to do with the kiddies and myself

A couple of weeks ago, the day was spent at the 47th International Folklore festival in Westerlo

There was traditional dances from all over the world glancing, live music listening, some pannenkoeken eating.

The day was spent mostly playing fun fair games and bouncing on an inflatable castle.

Afterwards, we snuck out to have a nappy time on the grass. The well earned rest was cut short when we found this.

With plenty of no rest and a stomach full of blackberries (and coffee for my part), we resumed the festivity with a visit to the face painting stand for those four silly cheeks of mine and we ended all with beaming smiles.

PS: all the pictures with the kiddies came out blurry   :-((((
No solutions to be found yet ... HELP!

Introducing Mr Wilson

"This is Mr Wilson, a horse with special power. He lives with me [...] He can fly high up in the sky but sometimes he goes on vacation on the sun [...] His footstep leaves a rainbowy trail [...] When he walks or jumps, his mane sings a happy song [...] You know what kind of special power he has? He can make people happy [...]" said Our Highness.

Blogging ... My therapy

Salutations Folk!!!
My name is Anouk. I am a 30-something mother of 2, our Highness (5 y-o) and Little Mowgli (2 y-o) and the little one, the DH (in the late 30s or new 40s).

I've been diagnosed with a mild ADHD years ago. I've been struggling with organizing and prioritizing my whole life (still living among moving boxes) but not under medication. Although it's sometimes quite overwhelming, I'm rather efficient in my work/personal life.

I love to vaccum, spring cleaning and (re)organizing. However, it does not seem to come to an end (sigh). I'm camera shy and have to left hands (french expression for clumsy, no offense for left handed person). It doesn't prevent me to scrapbook but it helps a lot to be silly when playing with the kids

I'm also THE Queen of Procrastination : over-/underestimate time or motivation, constantly seeking for the right moment or frame of mind, or more deeply lack of selft-esteem (I don't know, sigh) ... NO MORE!

This blog is my therapy, a beginning of a new ME, a glipse or a zest of my life with a twist. It is a mirror of my thoughts, my fears and my joy. It is a place to exchange tips and tricks about ... life, surely with some hiatus (and hiccups) and anachronism but a place I hope you will find a home and a friend. I'd love to hear from you, so don't be shy to pop in.
